The Space Grid is a refined, fully equipped studio designed for photographers, creators, and brands. Blending elegance and functionality, it’s the perfect setting for shoots, launches, and creative productions, complete with premium facilities, modular setups, and professional lighting to bring your vision to life.

Prices

From $120 - $180 per hour

Monday - Sunday

8am - 8pm

Hourly Rates:
$150 / hour on weekdays · $200 / hour on weekends
⏰ Sessions before 8 AM or after 8 PM incur a 20% surcharge.

Booking Terms

  • Minimum booking: 4 hours

  • All prices are nett – no hidden fees

Additional Notes

  • Cleaning fee: $100

  • Refundable security deposit: $300 (refunded upon proper care of space)

  • Cleaning fee, deposit, and any add-ons will be invoiced separately

Rules of the Space

  • Please treat The Space Grid with the same care and respect as you would your own home.

  • Kindly clean up after use. An additional $80 cleaning fee will apply for excessive mess or improper waste disposal.

  • Dispose of all trash responsibly — double-bagged and placed in the designated bin area.

  • For any dirt or spills, please mop or sweep the area. The vacuum may be used for dry cleaning only (not for liquid or food waste).

  • Avoid loud music, shouting, or disruptive behaviour, especially after 10:00 PM, out of respect for neighbouring units and operators.

  • Activities are strictly confined within the rented area. Any complaints or trespassing incidents may result in forfeiture of deposit.

  • Any damaged or missing equipment will incur replacement or restoration charges.

  • No smoking, vaping, or shisha is allowed within the premises. Activation of smoke detectors will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • No sexual activities or drug use are permitted on the property.

Cancellation policy

Standard 30 Days with Grace Period

  • Within 24 hours of booking confirmation: full refund (excluding events starting within 48 hours).

  • 30 days in advance: full refund.

  • 30 to 7 days before the event: 50% refund.

  • Less than 7 days before the event: non-refundable.

  • Event dates may be rescheduled once within 1 month from the original date at no additional cost.
